This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Hetzner provides the web server and processes the technical data required for this purpose. When you access a page, your browser transmits, in particular, the following information:

The IP address and other technical connection data are processed during the website visit to transmit the requested content to your device. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is to provide this information website securely and reliably.

3. Contact by email

If you send me an email, I process your email address, the content of your message and any information you provide voluntarily, such as your name. Emails are sent and received through my email provider, Posteo. The email providers involved in transmission also process the necessary communication data.

The data is processed to answer your enquiry and organise communication. For enquiries about potential couples counselling, the legal basis for pre-contractual steps is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is to respond to the message addressed to me.

Providing this information is voluntary. Without contact details and the information needed to handle your enquiry, I may be unable to respond. Please do not send diagnoses, medical reports or other particularly sensitive information about yourself or others by ordinary email. If special categories of personal data become necessary, I will clarify the appropriate legal basis and a suitable transmission method with you beforehand.

Messages are deleted once the enquiry has been fully dealt with and further storage is no longer necessary. If messages form part of a counselling contract or are subject to statutory retention obligations, they are retained for the necessary period. Where data is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, the retention period is determined by the applicable limitation periods. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR for statutory retention obligations and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for safeguarding legal claims.
